I dont deviate from my artstyle when it comes to my pet designs or sprite characters, so if you like how I am going about things in my shop please do purchase my item. Yes!! My cards are sized as a standard Trading card for Sports, MTG and Pokemon which is 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches. A standard YuGiOh card size is 2.3 inches by 3.3 inches. These cards can fit in a Booster pack if needed.

If the error in questions is from Artsypartydesign , the customer is entitled to recieved a free replacement card, addressing any issues or concerns. Please always message me for you find an issue.

Yes! Currently I do offer Jumbo sized Trading Cards. It came come in holographic or matte.

If you ordered a deluxe card, I can design your mini characters by a picture you provide. Please message me via etsy with a photo. You still must fill out the form thats part of the item description to the best of your ability. Characters will only have 1 pose as in the sample gallery photo which are forward facing you. When you upgrade Deluxe you are able to Customize the clothes, (No text on clothes or skin) You may request other hairstyles/colors or accessories that are not part of my current options. This is great if you really want your sprite to look like you and your partner! I do my best when it comes to Deluxe customs. These are handdrawn. The sprite will be of higher definition compared to my default options. You dont have to provide a photo, you can always upgrade deluxe if you just want your characters to be of higher quality detail.

Once you place an order, please send me a couple of high-quality images of your pet via Etsy messenger. If you've ordered the illustrated card, kindly specify your pet's breed, as it helps in the design process. Please note that my pet cards are not intended to be exact portraits of your pet. I create stylized illustrations with anime and Pokémon-inspired features, incorporating the element type you've chosen. As an artist, I have my own approach to design and poses, and I encourage you to review my previous work and customer photos to ensure my art style aligns with your preferences. Due to the high demand for this item, I do not provide proofs. Please ensure you include all the desired text in your order. If you omit any text, I will fill in the card with my own creative content, such as stats, HP, Power, etc. If you're unsure what to include, simply grant me creative permission to complete the card. All cards are handmade currently by myself & if I'm not replying to your message I'm probably making more cards :) Once you place an order it is on queue. I currently generate labels via Etsy with USPS. Depending on some orders, they can go out with UPS as well. International orders go out with Global Shipping USPS & UPS Worldwide.

In Most cases, with custom cards I can not ship asap . If you ordered a non-custom card, it maybe possible. It is a case by case basis. I have a processing time due to high volume of orders, so please plan accordingly to your event.

Yes I do! The item ships from New York. So there will be a international shipping fee. All packages are sent out with tracking with no exceptions.

Orders can be delayed for a variety of reasons, I maybe waiting on your additional information, or due to high volume the ETA shipment time may vary especially during the holiday season.

If theres an issue and you have not gotten your package , please message me so i can issue you a replacement item if the carrier is at fault.

Yes, It mailed in a manilla envelope for discreet shipping incase this is a suprise for your loved one. They would not know the contents by the package look.

Yes, every order is protected with a Toploader and Pennysleeve. It is built in the price. You may upgrade for extra $ to order a Slabcase/PSA Style to protect and showcase your card.

Please read item desciptions for the product you are buying. The majority of the time Please message me on Etsy messages and upload your photo through our messages on Etsy. Please do send a High quality photo that shows the full body or half upper body on the persons/pet body. The quality of the card depends on the photo. If your ordering more than one card please let me know who belongs on which card. I do not see file names on my side via Etsy Message.
